Three part instructional sessions:
This is designed for players that are seeking professional 1:1 instruction and are willing to practice at home for 10 days on their ball skills then receive a follow up session.
  1. Initial training: One hour 1:1 assessment training with USSF licensed coach Shelley Beck ($80.00 value)
  2. Home training: at home 10 day training DVD and check off spreadsheet ($20.00 value)
  3. Follow up:1 hour 1:1 training with Coach Shelley ($80 value)

 Three consecutive 1:1 training sessions:
  1. Day 1:Technical dribbling skills
  2. Day 2:Finishing: crossing and shooting
  3. Day 3:Passing, turns and defense

One hour group training session:
Team training: customized team/group training session for any age or skill levels (recommended 6-15 players please) 		$250.00
